Originally from Marburg and now based in Berlin, Max has always treated modelling as one part of a much bigger life. He was studying Psychology in Hamburg when he was first scouted, never expecting that an awkward first set of pictures would turn into 15 years of travelling and working around the world.

Along the way, Max completed his Psychology degree, studied English and went on to earn a Master’s in American Literature, often juggling university and modelling at the same time. What he values most about the job is the freedom it has given him to stay curious and explore the many things that interest him. Literature and music remain constants, alongside interior design, fashion and sport, while his latest obsession has taken him into the kitchen: baking.
