Sophie grew up in West Germany and knew pretty early on that the classic “finish school, go to university” route wasn’t quite exciting enough for her. So she started modelling and quickly fell in love with Asia. Japan, South Korea, China… basically, no Asian fashion market is safe from her.
She basically returns to Europe for two things: exams and us. Somehow she has never failed the first. How she did it, remains one of life’s great mysteries. And whenever she visits the second in Hamburg, she entertains us over Asian food with stories that make us seriously question our own life choices.
